Very Good
Good value for money, large clean rooms with a terrace overlooking the Sbeitla ruins. Has a restaurant and bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Free secure parking.
The room was a bit old and tired, and in need of updating. The breakfast is not great, nor is the evening meal - set plates with no choice or variety, and not very well cooked or presented.

On a way hotel in Sbeitla, good for overnight
We chose this hotel because it was on a way to Tozeur and next to Sbeitla Archeological site - this is absolutely must to see! Hotel is a bit old, but clean.., perhaps room is a bit small for a community of 2 different gender friends ;-) but manageable.
At late evening and night there are many locals, who are coming for a drink.., which is not disturbing, everyone behaves, personal is managing that well. But for some ladies it could seems disturbing.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms
Outdated. Still using keys for the rooms. No elevator. The breakfast and the food in general, was a tragedy.

Very Good
Unlike other hotels we stayed at in Tunisia, this one was very modern and as a result, impersonal. Clean comfy rooms with wonderful staff right by the ruins. I thought it was overpriced for what it is. Breakfast was slightly better than other hotels but nothing exceptional.
